Helfo form E106 is a certificate of health insurance in Norway and entitlement to free health services for persons residing in EØS (EEA) countries. This form is issued to persons working in Norway and residing in one of EØS (EEA) country - usually a family living in one of EØS (EEA) country (a spouse and/or minor children).

By ordering Helfo form E106, you will receive it by regular mail to international address within 12 weeks.
